JadeValue invests between $150 000 to $750 000 for equity in Fintech and Insurtech startups, mainly in Seed to Pre-A stage. We are constantly looking for outstanding devoted entrepreneurs, both in China and globally, driving the next generation of technology revolution.
When applicable, our portfolio startups can relocate their teams to our prime incubation spaces in Shanghai (Fintech) and Beijing (InsurTech). As a part of JadeValue’s portfolio, startups get access to our eco-system of tier-one resources and network, including, but not limited to: VCs, industry thought leaders, leading tech entrepreneurs, media and government, and our own inhouse team.
Johan Uddman is the General Manager of JadeValue, building our eco-system in China and globally, and investing in the next generation of Fintech startups. He is also a Vice President and early stage member of CashBUS, the leading micro-leanding consumer lender in China founded in 2014. Master degree from Stockholm Univeristy, and has also studies at Fudan University in Shanghai, and NNMU in South Africa.
Mus Tang is an associate Vice President of JadeValue and CashBUS, working on maintaining and expanding JadeValue’s investment and government relationships. He is also a serial entrepreneur, a grounded business strategist and an angel investor with more than ten years’ experience from internet startups. Prior, he also worked with Huawei as a Key Account Manager in Ghana.
Lihua Sun is the Managing Director of JadeValue's investment activities, working in sourcing, investing and incubating startup projects. She has over 15 years' experience in corprate operation and management, with deep understanding of IT industry. She is quick and sharp in understanding new technology and business models. With full passion, she devotes to helping startups to survive and grow their business.
Steve Shao is our Senior BD and tech advisor in the areas of Artificial Intelligence，Big Data and InsurTech. Prior to joining JadeValue, he founded Tromtek as CTO, and worked in fabless chip design companies, which are based on the solid mathematical foundation of algorithms, technology research and application development. He holds a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University.
Vincent Yang is the Investment Manager and Financial Advisor of JadeValue. He is focusing on deal sourcing and investment, assisting startups with finance-related inquiries and taking charge of post-investment management. He has over six years of investment, auditing and advisory experience. Before joining JadeValue, he worked as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young and Accountant Supervisor at Haier. He has also helped companies to successfully list on NASDAQ.
Jenny Li is JadeValue’s excellent graphic designer. She has rich experience in brand design. Prior to joining JadeValue, she has helped a number of startups to create e.g. impressive brand visual identities, event posters, brand brochures and website design. Graduate from the Department of Visual Communication Design, Tianjin University of Science and Technology.
Andy Liu is the Managing Director of JadeValue Insurtech Incubator. After graduating from the Department of electronic engineering of Tsinghua University, engaged in the communications industry for more than 15 years, Have a solid understanding of the operation of the real economy, and have extensive experience in the operation and management of the enterprise. In the financial sector and investment areas, is committed to creating China's first insurtech incubator, Change the insurance industry with the power of science and technology, meet the changing needs of users, and welcome the arrival of Internet insurance Era.
Snake Zhan is the Public Relations Manager of JadeValue Insurtech Incubator. In the domestic mainstream financial media and Internet Finance work for many years. Have rich experience in media operation law and brand PR. After joining the JadeValue insurtech incubator, Will be committed to build China's first brand of insurtech incubator, and help enterprises to promote publicity, enhance brand influence.
